Students learn remotely during COVID

Since the rapid spread of COVID-19 (119,000 cases and 437 deaths) took hold of Laos schools have been closed and education moved to online learning. This is not an option for many students but it is pleasing to see a reasonable number of LEOT School students have been able to continue lessons.

The LEOT teachers have established the online training themselves and continued to run their usual classes.

I was particularly impressed when the teachers gave students the task of designing a new year greeting using software on their phones. Below are a few of the impressive greetings. Their sentiments of 2021 are much like the rest of the world. Happy new year.
